Rull Jassiga

Jass subis mind esimest korda ja "õnneks" jäi see kõik video peale, "tänu" kauguele külalisele Austraaliast - Michalile, kes treenib meie klubis, kuni järmise nädala lõpuni:).

Good roll with lots of action. When you are in seated guard, your feet are far in front of your hands and your opponent can grab your foot (which he does several times in this roll).

You don't seemed concerned about this, and transition to half guard. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts about this as I always have trouble when my opponents grab my foot/leg in seated guard (especially with gi pants).

Actually this is my problem. I should sit like Martin wrote on his blog:

http://martinaedma.bjj.ee/2011/03/seated-guard-12-fundamental-movements/

I dont do that because I dont have flexibility and also my knees are at the moment in quite poor condition. So thats why I need a very good gripfighting and I should attack as soon as possible (single, double or low single, or hop under my opponent). I also showed Mike how to retain seated guard if you were little late.

And I didnt play my seated guard 100% here. Believe it or not :)
